Predictive Maintenance As part of our on-site services, we offer thermal imaging for predictive maintenance. Thermal images of motors, transformers, panels and switchgear can uncover hidden problems not readily evident with other testing methods. We will come to your site and set up an inspection route through the facility. Detailed thermography reports are generated, analyzed, and reviewed with you to identify service needs. We retain copies of the reports at our facility. The historical data helps identify service trends and evaluate equipment capabilities. This analysis helps predict system needs, saving the customer enormous amounts of money by avoiding costly downtime and repair.
